Withdrawal from the agreement

If you are a consumer or a sole trader and want to make a free product return, simply inform us within 100 days from the day you received the product.

Thanks to the Yoer Platinum Security package, you do not bear the cost of shipping the product. Fill in the electronic withdrawal form.

After receiving the form, we will provide you with a link to generate a shipping label. Pack the product and make sure it is properly secured for transport so that it returns to us undamaged. Generate and print the label, attach it to the parcel, and then deliver the parcel to a DHL drop-off point. The offer applies only to returns within Poland.
