II. Placing orders - possible without the need to register

In order to purchase a product, add it to your shopping cart. There, you will find all the necessary information about the total, i.e. the cost of the product and the shipping fee.

IV. Delivery

1. Orders placed before 6 p.m. GMT+1 with DHL are shipped the same day. This refers to orders paid for before 6 p.m. GMT+1 as well as "pay upon delivery" ones.

Other orders are processed before 1 p.m. GMT+1.

We only send out packages on weekdays (Mon-Fri)

2. We allow cash-on-collection in Kościan, if we are informed about the pick-up date beforehand.

3. Pricing and date of delivery only applies to packages delivered in Poland. If you want us to ship to a different country, please contact us before you place an order to learn about costs and details regarding your delivery.

By purchasing Yoer products from us you get a 3-year warranty.

Thanks to the YOER PLATINUM SECURITY PACKAGE (check pt. V.) you don't have to cover the costs of shipping the appliance if you inform us in an e-mail from which address we can pick up the package. This only applies to shipping in Poland.

You can also send the package by yourself using a shipping company of your choice to: Yoer Adrian Kazer no. 2/218 Bernardyńska Street, 64-000 Kościan.

Shipping the appliance to us with the complaint letter attached constitutes a properly filed complaint. In order to do that, please send us a message at sklep@yoer.pl explaining the problem. We will order a courier to pick up to the appliance along with the complaint letter at the specified address.

The complaint letter should contain:

  • Your full name, address and contact email,
  • Name of the defective appliance,
  • Sale confirmation,
  • Date when the defect was found,
  • Your expectations: exchange for a new appliance, repair, lowered cost or refund

Important notice:

Before shipping the appliance to us, make sure that it is packaged properly so it arrives at our company undamaged.

Costs of declined complaint are covered by the buyer.

Seller is responsible for the buyer if sold appliance had mechanical or legal defects. Rules by which Sellers, in case of Rekojmia warranty, has to abide are regulated by the Civil Code.

Complaints arising from Rekojmia warranty will be processed in 14 days from the date in which we recieved properly filled complaint. Informations about it's state you will recieve by e-mail.

VIII. Contract withdrawal

If you are a consumer and want to return a purchased product, only thing that you need to do is to inform us in  the first 100 days from the day in which you recieved the product.

We reccomend filling and sending us the contract withdrawal form by e-mail to sklep@yoer.pl or in paper form to Yoer Adrian Kazer no. 2/218 Bernardyńska Street, 64-000 Kościan.

Thanks to the YOER PLATINUM SECURITY PACKET (check pt. V.) you don't have to bear the costs of shipping the appliance, if you inform us in an e-mail from which address we can pick up the package.Only applied to shipping in the territory of Poland.

You can also send the package by yourself by using a chosen shipping company to: Yoer Adrian Kazer no. 2/218 Bernardyńska Street, 64-000 Kościan.

Appliance should be sent back in 14 days from properly filling a contract withdrawal form.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery packages.

Important disclaimer:

While shipping the appliance to us, make sure that it is packaged properly. If you used the appliance in a way which was beyond means necessary to check its nature, features and functionality (i.e. in means beyond what you would be able to check in a stationary store). in accord with a bill about consumer's laws we can return a lesser amount that the one you paid. Potential deductions are determined individually, according to the state in which we recieved product in.

XI. Seller commits to provide products without defects, excluding defects marked in the sales agreement.
