1. Courier picks up our packages at 12:00 CET, we only send out packages on weekdays (Mon-Fri)

2. We allow personal collection in Kościan City, if we are informed about the date beforehand.

3. Pricing and date of delivery only applies to packages delivered in Poland. If you want us to deliver to a different country, please contact us before you place an order to learn about costs and details regarding your delivery.

 

V. Complaints

1. Every purchased appliance gets our 'door to door' warranty system valid only in Poland and realized in polish service. Warranty duration is stated on product card in the moment of purchase.

Defective appliance is picked up by our courier, repaired and send back to an adress specified by the customer. Costs are being covered by Yoer Adrian Kazer (if warranty was taken into consideration) Complaints are taken into consideration in compliance with Bill from 30th of May 2014 about customer rights (Dz.U z 2014r. poz. 827).

To use our Door-to-door warranty system:

  • contact our customer service,
  • provide us with information allowing us to find your order,
  • provide us with details regarding date and time for pickup

Customers can send their package by themselves using a courier company of their choice and deliver it to an adress specified below:

NOTE: Product should be protected accordingly, to avoid damage during transportation.

2. For every appliance purchased we provide you with a warranty card and receipt or an VAT 23% Invoice. Proof of purchase is the base of the Complaint. Complaints are taken into consideration in compliance with Bill from 30th of May 2014 about customer rights (Dz.U z 2014r. poz. 827).
3. Yoer Adrian Kazer can deny the warranty complaint when:

  • Delivered appliance is dirty and/or doesn't have all of parts/accessories
  • Appliance is damaged because it was plugged in incorrectly, there was a attempt to repair appliance or machanical damage caused by incorrect use,
  • Service will specify the issue as different than material flaw or defect in production

4. In case when customers send their appliance by themselves costs of transportation will be refunded after complaint has been looked into. We only refund cost up to 10,00 PLN. If the complaint was unjustified costs of transportation from and to the customer are being covered buy person that filed a complaint.
5. We do not recieve packages sent with cash on delivery.
6. When you are sending a complaint make sure that you attach:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or VAT invoice),
  • Warranty card,
  • Filled complaint form

7. Defects detected in warranty period are mostly repaired in 14 weekdays from the date when complaint got accepted. Duration for Yoer Adrian Kazer to take a stance on the complaint is 30 days. In situation when parts needed for repair need ordering duration of repair might be longer.
8. Remember! You have a right to demand your money back when package got damaged when you recieved it, condition being that you signed a damage report while courier is present or in 7 days from getting the package.
If you didn't sign a damage report, complaint will get declined, but you can:

  • file a motion to arbitriation court working next to Regional Inspectorate of Trade Inspection,
  • fila a complaint to court,
  • mediation through Trade Inspection

1. Buyer, being a consument according to article 221 of civil code can back away from sale agreement without providing any reasons in duration of 14 days counted from the date of delivery. For our customers we prolonged that time to 100 days, to preserve that time only thing needed is a statement sent to us before time expires.

4. Seller needs to send a confirmation of acquiring the withdrawal statement on a specified e-mail adress provided by the buyer.
5. consument has a right to back away from the sale agreement without bearing any costs, except:
a. additional costs beared by the customer regarding means of transportation other than what's suggested by Seller.
b. direct costs of returning appliance (transportation fee).
