Date of delivery
Orders are processed every day depending on chosen shipping method:
- before 8:00 p.m. GMT+1 (DHL)
- before 12:00 p.m. GMT+1 (Polish Postal Service)
- before 3:00 p.m. GMT+1 (InPost parcel lockers)
- before 2:00 p.m. GMT+1 (FedEx) - default shipping method for gas grills
- before 1:00 a.m. GMT+1 (ORLEN Paczka)
- before 12:00 p.m. GMT+1 (Geis)
Cash on arrival and cash up front orders are processed according to the above schedule, if the payment was posted on our account.
Pre-orders are processed according to schedule described on the product page.
Parcels are shipped only on weekdays.
Collection in person
Collection in person is possible in Koscian, after having set up an appointment.
