Every appliance is under 'door to door' warranty, valid only on territory of Poland and realized in polish service.
Warranty period is stated on product card on the date of purchase.
Defect appliances are picked up by our courier, repaired and sent back to a specified location.
All of the costs are covered by Yoer Adrian Kazer (when complaint is accepted)
Complaints are examined in light of bill of 30th of May 2014 about consumer rights (Dz. U. z 2014 r. poz. 827).
If you want to use our 'door to door' warranty system you need to:
- contact Yoer staff
- provide us with data required to locate your order,
- specify details needed by the courier to pick up the appliance from You.
CAUTION: Products should be wrapped in protective wrap to prevent damage in transport.
