1. Fill the cup with liquid and fruit
2. Screw the bade module to the cup
3. Put the slider on the blade module into the block position, which is indicated by the locked padlock
4. Mount blender in the blade module mount

2. Put the cooling insert in the freezer and keep it there until the water is completely frozen
3. Unscrew the nut of the cooling insert and screw it to the lid
4. Fill the cup with your favourite beverage and screw the lid
5. Done!
